Tonight, the Greater Nashville Hotel Association awarded Towne Park the Preferred Vendor of the Year Award at the association's annual STARS of the Industry Banquet.  Seven Towne Park team members were present to accept the award. Congratulations Towne Park Nashville!

Tony Phillips, Director of Rooms Division at the Loews Vanderbilt Nashville Hotel, a Towne Park client, nominated Towne Park.  Here is what he shared with the association:

This letter is in support of nominating Towne Park for the GNHA Preferred Vendor Award of Excellence. Loews Vanderbilt Hotel has worked with Towne Park for 12 years. In addition to Loews Vanderbilt Hotel, Towne Park works with seven other Loews Hotels.

In so far as Nashville is concerned, Towne Park has been a partner to Nashville hotels since 1998. They currently provide hospitality services to 10 of the top hotels in Nashville, Tennessee employing over 350 associates. In many cases, Towne Park’s associates are the names and faces of our hotels, and therefore, the reason for our success! That seems to have paid off for Towne Park, as their 2009 revenues exceeded $14.5 million for the Nashville District alone.

Not only does Towne Park work with, and provide service to the Nashville area hotels, but Towne Park strengthens relationships with their hotel partners by supporting key community initiatives such as charity golf tournaments, Kids Café, Junior Achievement and United Way.

We always see Towne Park at hospitality events, including sponsorship roles in many cases, including being a major contributor to HCS. I believe that Towne Park’s consistent contributions to developing quality relationships with industry is part of Towne Park’s success, and certainly reason for them to be this year’s GNHA Preferred Vendor of Excellence.
