As our company continues to grow and prosper, it is imperative that we periodically reevaluate the organizational structure to ensure that we are able to adequately and efficiently support our company. Historically, because of our fast paced growth, we have reorganized the company every two years or so, each time improving our capabilities and competencies to ensure that we are prepared to sustain our growth rate.
