Additional Benefits for Hourly Associates

Hourly associate, not yet eligible to participate in Towne Park’s Core Benefit Program, may choose to participate in any of the voluntary benefits that are offered. These benefits include critical illness insurance, accident insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, and many others. Hourly associates are also eligible for premium pay for time worked on seven designated holidays, and the potential to share in the shift’s tip pool depending on your position. Hourly associates may also be eligible for paid time off.

Paid Time Off for Nonhourly Associates

Administrative, professional and management associates are eligible for the following benefits, to be further discussed during the interview process:

  • Six (6) paid holidays
  • Two (2) floating holidays
  • Up to 80 hours of paid time off in a benefit plan year, which may increase based on time and position
