One element of the Towne Park difference is the deployment of our Guest Services Associate concept, in which staff members perform multiple services throughout their shift rather than being assigned to only one position. Allowing Towne Park to perform all front of the house services (valet, door, and bell) results in labor synergies providing the right amount of labor and eliminating the expense otherwise carried by the rooms department. Hotels and casinos experience an internal financial swing and an economy of scale from the absorption of services into parking operation.

Hotel Valet Parking
Towne Park provides hotel valet parking to over 250 hotels, resorts and casinos nationwide. We've specialized in hotel valet parking for over 20 years. Creating a sense of arrival and departure is an integral part of guests' experience. Towne Park's associates are trained to greet every guest with aggressive hospitality. We strive to create a positive experience with every guest interaction.
At most locations, our valet parking expertise doesn't include just Five-Diamond service. It also includes our valet parking point of sale, a proprietary system, as well as valet parking retrieval time standards based on the location's physical plant.
Towne Park's parking management services cover all operational aspects of a parking facility. We specialize in access and revenue control, automation, parking attendants and concierges, inventory management, monthly parking administration, park and fly, and more.
At most of Towne Park's hotels and resorts, we provide door services in addition to other hospitality and parking services. When extending door services, Towne Park associates are responsible for pleasantly greeting arriving and departing guests, opening doors and providing directions to hotel services and features.
Towne Park provides bell services to over a third of our hotel and resort customers nationwide. Towne Park's hotel bell attendants assist guests with their belongings, deliver luggage and packages to guest rooms, escort guests to and from their accommodations, and extend room presentations to acquaint guests with features and amenities.
To complement other Towne Park services, at some locations Towne Park also manages hotel concierge services. Towne Park's concierge service responds to any hotel guest need - providing directions, handling phone inquiries, transportation needs, destination activities, dining reservations, special orders such as flowers or gifts, and other requests.
At numerous airport and other hotel properties, Towne Park provides shuttle services for hotel guests to and from the airport, and to and from downtown destinations and area attractions. In addition, Towne Park provides airport transportation for airline crews at many airport hotel locations we service nationwide.
Park and Fly
At airport hotel properties, Towne Park manages park and fly programs from reservations, to invoicing and revenue collection, to airport transportation.
