From Parking Cars to Steering the Company

Towne Park is about building your future. It is more than a job; it is an opportunity to learn, grow, and advance within the company. For those who want to be the very best and who are driven to serve and lead others, Towne Park offers a great career path. Here are just a few associates who began their career parking cars and now they are helping to steer the company to success:

      John Utz

      Nashville District Manager

John joined Towne Park in 1997 in Ft. Lauderdale. He began as a GSA at the Sheraton Ft. Lauderdale Airport where he quickly moved up the ranks and eventually took on the position of account manager. He excelled in the South Florida district as a passionate service delivery expert and great people developer. John did such a great job in South Florida that Jerry came calling when Towne Park won a contract at a little property in Nashville, Tennessee called Opryland. John left to assist in the interviewing, hiring, and training of the employees for Towne Park’s largest resort at the Gaylord Opryland. After he returned to South Florida, John took on a few different assignments including the opening of the Mandarin Oriental on South Beach. John’s leadership and ability to organize around heavy volume and high expectations propelled Towne Park in South Florida as his team showcased what Towne Park promises at a high volume, high profile property.
