By acquiring select Curbside Hospitality assets, Towne Health knew that not only would it be partnering with more of the best hospitals and medical centers in the country in Advancing the Patient Experience™, but we’d be adding some of the Very Best People in the industry as well.
At Towne Health’s recent Regional Summit, many of the former Curbside Managers won several leadership, service and performance awards… proving Towne Health’s confidence in our new teammates correct!

Dave Ryan – VP Healthcare Northeast
Kim received the Service Award for incredible mystery shop scores and implementing additional services at her sites.
Peter Crawford- Account Manager at Emerson Hospital
Pete won the MVP award, for his management and Emerson’s phenomenal performance in every service Towne Health offers.
Jenn Michael – Account Manager at Geisinger Danville
Jenn claimed the Culture Award, for surpassing everyone’s expectations handling a very difficult situation. Before Jenn, Geisinger Danville led the division in claims to claims free for over 100 days and since then she’s done a great job developing her staff and providing awesome service on a consistent basis.
Robert Westmoreland – Account Manager at Winthrop University Hospital
Rob accepted the Team of the Year Award after taking a problem account and turning it into a real winner!
Jennifer also won the Culture Award. Her team always maintains a “patient first” mindset and a whatever-it-takes attitude.
Jean won the Staff Development Award. Several of his GSAs have moved on to Team Lead positions and he’s always willing to help.
