You’ve Heard of Iron Chef…. Meet Iron Seth!

Who said the culinary expertise of a Towne Park Account Manager was limited to just ordering pizzas?!

Not only can this Account Manager make a pizza, but he can roll dough with the best of them.

Seth Warren spends most of his time leading his team at Seattle Waterfront Marriott, Towne Park’s largest site in Seattle, but when he has some to spare… his real passion is in the kitchen!

This passion was on full display recently, when Seth was invited to compete in an Iron Chef event put on by the Marriott for the in-house BD’s Mongolian Grill group.  Much to their surprise, Seth led a team of local chefs and franchise-owners in preparing some fine dining that WOW’d all in attendance!

In attendance at the event was Clyde Culp III., the owner of BD’s Mongolian Grill.  Clyde has deep roots in the Mid-Atlantic – where Towne Park’s corporate headquarters are located – having served in various leadership roles in the region.  Seth certainly made an impression on Mr. Culp, as they commiserated over their time in the restaurant industry in both Annapolis and Ocean City – such an impression, in fact, that Mr. Culp was caught attempting to recruit Seth as a chef!

We’ll be sure to let Seth know how much we value him at Towne Park, but from now on we expect he’ll do much better than pizza delivery for staff meetings!
