Chief Operating Officer
Jacqueline DeChamps is Towne Park’s Chief Operating Officer. She has responsibility for our field operations and human resources organizations where she leads all aspects of field responsibilities for the delivery of consistent service excellence, talent, financial performance, client and market share growth and client relationship management.
Jackie has more than 25 years of both operations and human resources leadership experience and has held several executive level management roles where she has been responsible for strategic program management, people development, organizational development, and employee relations.
Prior to joining Towne Park, Jackie spent more than five years at Visionworks, where she held several executive leadership roles including Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Operations and most recently as Chief Retail Officer where she was responsible for fostering the Visionworks culture and employee experience while delivering on sales, profitability, and operational excellence goals.
Previously, she spent 14 years with Ikea US holding senior leadership positions including Chief People Officer and Chief Operating Officer where she was responsible for 47 retail locations and 16,000 employees.
Jackie holds a bachelor’s degree in management from Albertus Magnus College.
