Steffan Sonneveldt

Executive Vice President, Support Services


Steffan Sonneveldt is Towne Park’s Executive Vice President of Support Services. In this role, he’s focused on enabling the delivery of consistent excellence by Towne Park field operations teams for clients and their customers. He leads New Account Integration, Client Retention and Engagement, Payroll and Labor Management, and Data Management and Business Analytics.  In addition, he’s responsible for developing initiatives to support parking equipment and safety efforts.

Since joining Towne Park in 1999, Steffan has held several critical senior operational and administrative leadership positions including most recently as Senior Vice President of Corporate Operations.

After spending several years in the retail industry with organizations like Sports Authority and Staples, his Towne Park career began in the Baltimore and Washington DC area where he managed several large accounts. As the company expanded its geographic footprint, Steffan received several high-profile promotions and led field operations for some of the companies’ most prominent clients. Next, Steffan moved back to Annapolis and served in senior level operational roles, supporting acquisitions, field operations and leading Towne Park’s healthcare portfolio.
