15 May 2017 Emerging Leaders Program – Female Focus
The Emerging Leaders Program is designed specifically for recent college graduates interested in pursuing a leadership position. During the nine to twelve month rotational program, participants are mentored by Towne Park’s top leadership and are educated and trained in all facets of the company. After successful completion of this program, they are placed into a leadership role within the organization.
Enter Brianna Talley, Shannon Lowry, Maria Alejandra Arenas, and Amanda Wilkin. These young bright talented women are recent graduates of the Emerging Leaders Program. Their tremendous work ethic, attention to detail, and drive to engage Towne Park’s service culture is moving them places. Each are now leading in various markets around the country.
