02 December 2014 Joe Dent Goes Back Home to Oregon in Account Manager Role
As a native Oregonian, the excitement Joe Dent felt about becoming Account Manager for both of our Legacy Health clients in Portland was matched only by the excitement Healthcare West experienced by having Joe become part of the team!
Joe began his career with Towne Park at St. Joseph Hospital in Houston, which was the largest facility in Towne Health’s healthcare portfolio at the time. He was quickly promoted to Guest Service Coordinator and began creating a positive impact on the St. Joseph team immediately.
Two years later, Joe was presented with the opportunity to lead the teams at the Courtyard and Residence Inn as Assistant Account Manager. Eager to continue his development with Towne Park, he accepted the challenge. A few months into his role at the Courtyard, Joe was asked to move to Galveston, TX to help run The Hotel Galvez. From here, Joe would continue as the district’s service champion.
When the Account Manager position at Legacy Emanuel & Legacy Good Samaritan was available, Joe felt it would be a great opportunity to return home and work in the Healthcare division again.
Joe enjoys the outdoors and spends his free time hiking the many trails of the Pacific Northwest.
