09 June 2015 Meet Towne Park’s Newest Leaders!
With 6+ years of hospitality management and senior leadership, the Dallas District is delighted to welcome Peter Medrano-Lopez to the Towne Park Family as Assistant Account Manager at Hilton Anatole. Peter started his hospitality career in Arlington, TX. He accepted promotional opportunities in Ft. Worth and Chicago before returning to Ft. Worth as Director of Front Office for the Omni. We are excited to have recruited Peter to our team!
During his time off, Peter enjoys traveling, grilling, outdoor activities and spending time with his family.
Congratulations to Dallas Broughton on his recent promotion to Account Manager, Renaissance Dallas! Dallas has been with Towne Park since January 2013 and previously worked as an Assistant Account Manager at the Hilton Anatole and was fully responsible for the operations at the Warwick Melrose.
Dallas grew up in the Dallas area. In his spare time, he enjoys camping, going to the lake, shooting pool and spending time with his dogs.
Adam Williams is Boston’s newest member of the Towne Park management team as the Account Manager at Omni Parker House. Adam was a three-sport star athlete in High School and College with accolades in Baseball, Football and Track. While sports are still a passion for Adam, he remains proud that he chose his family over the field and remains a happily dedicated Husband and Father of two. His promotion to Manager couldn’t have come at a better time as Adam has a third child on the way!
Adam started his career in parking at the Monterey Plaza Hotel in California with Minuteman (before they joined the Towne Park Family). During his tenure, Adam helped lead this upscale hotel to its fourth Diamond in the AAA rating.
When Adam moved back to Boston to be closer to his wife’s family, he joined Towne Park as the AAM at Boston’s Marriott Copley Place. At the Marriott, Adam excelled at building relationships and fostering top talent for about four years. When Towne Park won the bid for the prestigious Omni Parker House, Adam was clearly the best choice for the job.
Karina Morales has been promoted to Talent Acquisition Manager! In this role, Karina will be directly responsible for Orlando, Healthcare Southeast and portions of Healthcare South.
Karina joined Towne Park in November, 2007 where she started as an Office Administrator. Shortly thereafter, she was promoted to the District Administrator role where she supported the Orlando and South Florida districts. From early in her career with Towne Park, Karina was passionate to understand our business and to do so, she volunteered for site level large events and performed in multiple operational positions including cashier, lead cashier, valet cashier and shuttle. In 2008, she joined the Talent Acquisition team where she most recently served as a Talent Acquisition Representative. In her time on the Talent Acquisition team, she has been responsible for full cycle recruitment for multiple districts in the company and is always willing to help wherever needed.
Karina’s consistent performance, experience and recruitment expertise in the Southeast set her up perfectly to tackle this next role.
Treavor Bramwell has joined the Talent Acquisition team as the Talent Acquisition Manager for Healthcare Southwest and Southern California. Treavor was formerly the Recruiter and Trainer for Minuteman Parking and assisted with the Towne Park/Minuteman Integration earlier this year. Treavor joined Minuteman Parking in 2005 and prior to Recruiting and Training, he was an Account Manager at various sites including Marina Del Rey Marriott, Hoag Hospital and Courtyard by Marriott in Sherman Oaks. Treavor has always enjoyed the hospitality industry and even worked with Disneyland in Resort Transportation and Parking from 1998-2002. Treavor graduated from California State University-Long Beach with a Bachelors in Theatre (Performance and Directing).
We are looking forward to having Treavor join our team and share his knowledge of the former Minuteman sites to assist us in finding great people for these locations!
Brittany Hipple joined our team on April 27 as a Talent Acquisition Representative and will be supporting our sites in Dallas, TX.
Brittany was an Employment Coordinator with Nabors, where she handled recruitment for multiple positions including Engineers, Truck Drivers, Sales and Administrative positions. Prior to her tenure with Nabors, she worked as a Campus Recruiting Coordinator with Ernst & Young where she would organize recruiting events with colleges to attract interns.
Brittany attended the University of Tampa where she received a BS in Management and Sports Management, she also was a student athlete and played softball during her time at University of Tampa and the University of Central Florida.
Jorge Fernandez has been promoted to Account Manager at our new Valley Hospital shuttle! Jorge, or “Cibo,” is one of the most dedicated managers in all of Towne Park. He is a wealth of knowledge in the transportation industry and he immediately embraced Towne Park’s culture after the transition from Curbside.
Everybody at Valley knows Cibo, from the maintenance department to the CFO. Cibo works non-stop….days, nights and weekends to get us where we now stand. Congrats Cibo on a well-deserved promotion!
