27 March 2015 Mid-Atlantic HR Team Introduces “Employee Retention Road Show”
The Mid Atlantic Human Resources Team and Support Staff met with Account Managers, Assistant Account Managers and Leadership Training participants for the Employee Retention Road Show to discuss techniques for increasing employee engagement and retention during the talent selection and onboarding process.
Sarah Rosenbaum (Regional Trainer), Sarah Lancos (Assistant HR Mgr), Lauren Nicol (Talent Acq. Mgr), Amy Ralat (Talent Acq. Mgr), Kathleen Lalor (Operations Support Rep) and Beverley Madden (Human Resources Manager) will continue to lead these district-wide training classes. A class with this crew features role-playing, best practice sharing, breakouts and interactive classroom presentations to educate and influence the Mid Atlantic region.
The informative professional development program also focused on fostering engagement during the initial onboarding and orientation periods as well as developing the ongoing communication and support required to create satisfied, loyal, passionate teammates at the site level.
The Mid Atlantic HR Team is also ensuring our leaders in the region understand the roles and responsibilities of our robust support staff in order to make the most efficient and effective use of these valuable resources. So far, attendee feedback has been extremely positive! The Employee Retention Road Show will be a best practice and create a tremendous impact across the Mid Atlantic region.
