23 Sep Northwest District Leadership Updates
Congratulations to our newest leaders in the Pacific Northwest!
Natalie Luciano | Assistant Account Manager | Marriott Grand Residence
Natalie began her Towne Park career in 2011 as a Guest Service Associate before quickly elevating to Guest Service Coordinator at the Marriott Grand Residence. Natalie’s enthusiasm for learning made her one of the strongest GSC at her site and she was soon promoted to Assistant Account Manager at the Marriott Timber Lodge to share her knowledge, while concurrently improving the property’s standing as one of the Top Five in the Northwest District. We are happy to announce she will now be back at the Marriott Grand Residence where we expect her to work her magic again.
Bonny Angelica Flores-Barrales | Assistant Account Manager | Marriott at Timber Lodge
Bonny joined the Towne Park team back in December 2012 at the Marriott Timber Lodge. In four short months, she was promoted to Guest Service Coordinator where she sailed through the GEAR UP program and offered guidance to her fellow associates. After making a name for herself in the Northwest after just seven months as a GSC, Bonny decided to set her eyes on leadership. We are happy to have Bonny on the management team now and wish her the best of luck!!
Matt Cardella | Account Manager | Ritz Carlton, San Francisco
Matt started with Towne Park back in 2002 at the Walnut Creek Marriott while he completed his collegiate degree. Over the ensuing years, Matt has led an unrivaled Towne Park career. He was elevated to GSC at both Walnut Creek Marriott and San Ramon Marriott, earned the Renaissance Club Sport Customer Service Award three years in a row from 2008 – 2010 and competed as a member of the 2011 Towne Park Valet Olympics gold medal team, finishing 3rd place in the individual competition! It was only logical he become the Account Manager in 2011 at the Renaissance Club Sport. Oh, did I also mention in 2013, Matt was awarded the Towne Park Service Manager of the Year Award for the Western Region?
Scott Grode | Assistant Account Manager | Hyatt Regency Denver
Scott Grode started with Towne Park at the Marriott City Center two and a half years ago while earning his degree in Sport Industry Operations and playing soccer for Metropolitan State University of Denver. After opening the Springhill Suites Marriott as a GSC, he transferred to the Four Seasons and will now be taking his star power, skills and experience to the Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center as the Assistant Account Manager.
