For example, our associates can seamlessly transition from banquet and event support in the morning to VIP Lounge attendant for the evening rush. Door Service

Extending a Warm Welcome

Door service is not merely opening a door, it’s another important impression in the arrival experience. We focus on the details that add a level of confidence and care —such as greeting a guest by name—that maintain a warm welcome.

Our associates are cross-trained to best maximize staff and ensure a consistent arrival experience, even when traffic increases. Our door team can also support services such as bell, delivery of food to guest rooms, amenity running, greeter, wayfinding, and more. When combined with our valet service, this creates a seamless sense of arrival for your guests, as well as operational efficiencies for you.

Bell Service

Make it Easy to Drop Worries at the Door

We cultivate a team that is anticipatory, efficient, and sensitive to the needs of your guests with our expert bell services. Our bell services associates perform every duty to exacting standards. Our rigorous service  training is designed around the AAA Approval Standards and supports our five star service experience.

Our associates are cross-trained to fulfill multiple duties, offering the ultimate flexibility to align your staffing with changing occupancy. Whether welcoming guests upon arrival, delivering food to guest rooms, running amenities, or even supporting room service operations, our bell associates can shift seamlessly based on your needs.

Welcoming Faces During High-Volume Check-ins

Our teams will welcome your guests as they enter the lobby, provide wayfinding and other support, especially during high-volume check-ins and special events.

We can also staff your VIP and loyalty program lounge verifying and checking in guests, helping maintain cleanliness, updating food and beverage teams when restocking is required.

Concierge Services

A friendly Face and a Continuity of Support Throughout Their Stay

We can manage your concierge service by staffing the desk, arranging transportation, making restaurant and entertainment reservations for guests, and providing concierge services and support for on-site events including weddings, banquets and corporate meetings.


Banquet & Event Services

Optimizing Event Services for a Seamless Experience

For existing hospitality clients* with banquet and event services, our Hospitality Services Ambassadors can handle all non-direct food and beverage or audio-visual tasks, such as set-up and tear down, monitoring and refreshing the room in between meetings, snacks, and amenity stocking and distribution, light cleaning, and more. Our team can supplement your existing event service staff or we can fully manage eliminating the need for you to maintain an event services team on staff.

*Please note that we do not provide wedding valet or other event services at hotel properties that are not already contracted with Towne Park.

Resort Services

A Relaxing Experience for Your Guests & for You

For pool and beach resorts, we can take the services off your hands and manage security, chair, umbrella set-up, towel distribution and activity management. We also maintain the area to ensure it’s clean of debris and safe for guests.

For golf resorts, we handle golf cart distribution and management, guest greeter, event support and more.

Restaurant & In-Room Dining Support

Ready Your Restaurant for Guests

We support a variety of restaurant front of the house services, including preparing dining area and setting and bussing tables, and restaurant host. Our services-oriented teams can also handle food running for your in-room dining program, delivering meals to guest rooms.
