25 April 2012 Peter Ferioli Named March 2012 Featured Artist of the Month!
Service Artistry lives in Orlando! With two of the three Featured Artists in 2012 coming from Orlando, Towne Park’s teammates in O-Town have proven that they truly exemplify the passion, creativity and philosophy of a Featured Artist.
This month’s winner, Peter Ferioli, is a Guest Service Coordinator at Ritz-Carlton Grande Lakes Resort. During his first two weeks at this property, his service excellence has single-handedly improved the hotel from a AAA Four Diamond Rating to a Five Diamond Rating!

“Peter has been an All-Star from the moment he began working with Towne Park. Immediately, he began devising his development playbook and enthusiastically took on and excelled at any task thrown his way! During NBA All-Star Weekend, Peter worked countless hours to make sure every shift scheduled before, during, or after his own was arranged for complete success.
When Towne Park assigned him to be our Service And Loyalty Tracker (SALT) Champion at the Hilton Orlando, Peter accepted the challenge head-first and completely knocked it out of the park! He provided updates to the survival card so the staff was consistently cognizant on where we stood with regards to the overall arrival/departure and the ease of parking scores. Peter consistently devised concepts to steadily improve scores, such as informing arriving guests about the valet “hot button” on their room phones. As a result, Towne Park’s SALT scores climbed from an average between 70-75% to finishing the year at 81%, above our target!
Peter takes a lot of pride in his work and it shows on a shift to shift basis. He is definitely one of those associates that not only looks forward to the future, yet still strives to achieve our present goals. Peter has been recognized numerous times by General Managers on his outstanding performance on hotel shops, as well as his performance during massive events (his first ever Guest Service Coordinator shift was one of the busiest the hotel had ever seen, and he completed it flawlessly!).
Peter is a prime example of what Towne Park represents and he will lead the way in truly making us different! Peter was recently promoted to the Guest Service Coordinator position at the Ritz-Carlton Grande Lakes. Within his first two weeks he has already made a huge impression on the client (so you know his impression on the guests is the same!). The Ritz-Carlton Grande Lakes had a AAA Five Diamond “test” inspection during one of Peter’s shifts. He was noted by the Inspector as being “PERFECT during all interactions” and singled out for providing the additional service to “bump” the hotel from a four diamond to a five diamond property. Peter is doing big things and he is doing it each day!!!”
