Philadelphia Continues Exporting and Promoting Leaders

philadelphia-visitorsGuest Post by Steve Maiden, Philadelphia District Manager

I am pleased to announce Philadelphia’s Aaron Moyer has been named Assistant Account Manager at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach! Aaron’s Towne Park journey began as a Guest Service Associate at the Residence Inn and blossomed into his latest role as Account Manager at the Courtyard Downtown Philadelphia.  Along the way, he had stops as a Guest Service Coordinator at the Four Seasons and Rittenhouse, learning the value of delivering quality service with a discerning eye in both instances.

Aaron has demonstrated the ability impact his peers and has always been there when needed.  As Philadelphia’s “People Champion,” Aaron was integral in our process to selecting the Very Best. His ability to assist others with training has always been beneficial and will be sorely missed.

Aaron marks Philadelphia’s fourth home grown Manager export. Aaron follows Pat Kulick (DC Account Manager), Anthony Romeo (DC Account Manager) and Nate Moyer (Minneapolis District Manager) who’ve all moved to expanded leadership roles elsewhere.  Some may say this leaves Philadelphia with a large void in the talent pool… in actuality, this has created professional growth from within!

With Aaron’s departure, Philadelphia has had a cascade of promotions.  Dan Dolan to Account Manager at the Residence Inn, Dan Burton to Assistant Account Manager at the Loews Philadelphia, Julio Figueroa to Assistant Account Manager at the Four Seasons, Bob Weist to Account Manager at the Courtyard and Matt Stambaugh to Assistant Account Manager at the Courtyard have all moved into their new roles as a result. In most instances, these associates were a product of our Ascent Class and our new stable of managers are being cultivated now.
