13 May 2015 Ring The Bell: We’ve Added Bell Service at Gaylord Texan!
Early last month, Towne Park began Bell Services at the beautiful Gaylord Texan. Under the guidance of long time Towne Park Account Manager Bobby Woody, the transition went as well as it possible could have. In fact, hotel General Manager Jim Quinn stated this partnership should be the model for all Marriott Bell Services moving forward!
Bobby would like to thank his entire team, but wanted to specifically single out AAMs David Whitsett, Rocky Staton, Jacob Foringer and Faz Khan. Without their dedication, there’s no way this transition would have gone as smoothly as it did. They’ve been able to balance both the valet responsibilities and the transition to bell service like they had done it before, and that speaks volumes of their professionalism!
