08 May San Francisco Proving to be Fertile Ground for TP Nation!
San Francisco has seen some incredible growth in the world of technology and business over the past five years. A partial list of companies that have sprouted up in downtown SF includes: Twitter, UBER, Lyft, Salesforce, Craig’s List, Dropbox, FitBit, Instagram, Yelp, Pinterest, Reddit, TwitchTV and Bleacher Report. In addition, companies like LinkedIn, Google and Facebook have moved more of their operations from Silicon Valley into the city. At any one time, twenty or more cranes can be spotted overseeing the construction boom.
But it’s not just the world of technology and business that is growing in SF. Just five years ago, Towne Park had two properties downtown. That number has grown to over 30 Hospitality, Commercial and Encore locations!
Organic development and acquisitions have fueled the growth and there is potential to push this number to 50 or more over the next 18-24 months. Much of the growth will be done through building and maintaining relationships within the hospitality and business community. Just recently, Todd Tucker, Kevin Gordon, Mike Arce and Jeff Johnson attended the monthly SF Hotel Council Luncheon, actively working across divisions and as a team.
There is no end in sight to the San Francisco development boom and Towne Park is growing right along with it!
