June's Featured Artist sees a return to the Left Coast as Johnny Vo, Doorman and Guest Service Associate at Anaheim Marriott, was this month’s selection!
Johnny was nominated by a Towne Park teammate at the hotel, who wrote a glowing nomination of Johnny. After reading the nomination, it’s easy to see that Johnny embodies the ideals behind Towne Park’s Service Artistry.
Service Artistry lives in Orlando! With two of the three Featured Artists in 2012 coming from Orlando, Towne Park’s teammates in O-Town have proven that they truly exemplify the passion, creativity and philosophy of a Featured Artist.
This month’s winner, Peter Ferioli, is a Guest Service Coordinator at Ritz-Carlton Grande Lakes Resort. During his first two weeks at this property, his service excellence has single-handedly improved the hotel from a AAA Four Diamond Rating to a Five Diamond Rating!
