19 Oct Towne Health Associate-Wins Heart Award
Towne Health is pleased to announce that Tim Keltner a valet/discharge escort at Overland Park Regional Medical Center in Kansas City is the recipient of the hospital’s Heart Award. The Heart Award given showcases the outstanding efforts that occur at the healthcare facility on a daily basis.
Tim nomination for the award came after receiving the following patient recommendation:
“I am recovering from pneumonia and am still pretty weak. So in coming to OP Regional for some tests, I decided to use valet parking. Tim was there immediately, removing my cushion, changing other seat positions and kindly escorted me to the inside. When he found I had another test in Medical Plaza West, he showed me directions and said he would bring my car around there when finished. He gave me a card to call when ready. When I did so, my car was ready, seat back in MY position and he could not have been kinder or more helpful! He’s a gem and I hope you let him know how much his extra care made me feel! All I know is his first name…Tim. Right man. Right job! Oh! And, he personally walked me to my first appointment there as well so I would know how to find the 2nd place as well!”
Tim’s exceptional service levels convey the care and compassion he has for the patients and visitors of the hospital He is a valuable asset to the Towne Health team while advancing the patient experience at Overland Park Regional Medical Center.
