13 Jan Valet Parking and Self-Parking Management at UTSW-Dallas, Leading Medical & Research Institution

New Towne Park UTSW associates with members of the UTSW site opening task force.
Towne Health’s newest client, Dallas’ The University of Texas at Southwestern Medical Center (UTSW), has kept a whole lot of people a whole lot of busy during the holiday season last month!
In September of last year, Towne Health was selected out of 14 vendors vying for the opportunity to oversee UTSW’s vast valet parking and self-parking operations. “We were chosen for a number of reasons,” according to Kirk Pozadzides, SVP of Towne Health. “We instilled confidence, we demonstrated our ability to advance the patient experience, we are capable of meeting all their special events needs, we have a strong presence with over 450 employees in-market – and we conveyed all that with a drop-dead proposal.”
UTSW is Towne Health’s third healthcare client in the Dallas market and a certain anchor for future growth. The site employs over 120 associates at seven valet entrances and four self-parking cashier locations.
