01 Feb Towne Park Launches Women In Towne
Towne Park launches Women in Towne®(WIT), a community of men and women at Towne Park who will work together to create programming and other initiatives to recruit, hire, retain, and advance women at Towne Park. This initiative is rooted in the belief that a diverse and inclusive workforce helps unleash our full abilities.
The WIT Conference was held during Towne Park’s annual leadership conference. The first segment was a networking and educational session immediately followed by hosted panel of distinguished female leaders. Panelists included Debbie Snavely, the General Manager for the Newport Beach Marriott Resort and Spa; Mary Rogers, the Vice President of Operations for the Fontainebleau Miami Beach; and Jill Johnson, the Vice President of Operations for MedStar Harbor Hospital. These three accomplished leaders shared their own unique experiences in leadership and development. Their comments were candid, engaging and inspiring.
Towne Park is focused on growing and preserving the broadest talent group in our industry. People of diverse backgrounds improve our ability to anticipate and meet the needs of our clients, our associates and our communities. Inviting and learning from different perspectives drives innovation, builds competitive advantages, and delivers better business results.
