For over a decade, Brooks Ellis has not only helped build and solidify our hospitality portfolio in the Southeast Districts, he has also furthered his own Towne Park career that began as a valet and led to his current role as Orlando’s Senior District Manager.  He has steadily amassed an extensive knowledge of field operations to develop productive in-market relationships, detect new opportunities and progress those opportunities to the fullest.  As such, Towne Park is proud to announce Brooks has been named Vice President of Towne Health‘s South Division.

Brooks’ current manager, Towne Park Hospitality East Vice President Peter Serena, believes Brooks promotion to the Healthcare division is a natural fit.  “Brooks possesses tremendous ability to navigate a very shifting landscape, not just within his region but within the company.  He’s a strategic thinker with a tireless work ethic and he’s also a very effective and likable leader.” Peter adds,  “Our division will miss his contributions, but Towne Health is fortunate to add Brooks to their team. He’ll adapt and bring his own style and drive for service excellence to the ever-evolving and demanding healthcare space.”

Brooks will now report to Towne Health President Frank Pikus.  His primary responsibilities will be to interact with Towne Health leaders and healthcare partner facilities across the Southern United States, including UT Southwestern in Dallas, one of the division’s largest and most logistically challenging sites.

Frank believes Brooks will have an immediate impact.  “Towne Health is delighted to have Brooks on our team. With his extensive strategic experience at large scale operations, he’ll be well-suited to provide executive direction and creative leadership for UTSW, a Towne Health flagship location.”  With a special focus on national compliance issues and fundamental performance metrics, Brooks will bring a unique set of strengths to his new role. “From his ability to maintain exceptional service standards to smart logistical planning,” Frank says, “Brooks knows how to take his knowledge of the field and connect the dots to the priorities of the corporate headquarters.”

Brooks lives with his family in the Orlando area and spends as much of his free time as he can with his wife Meredith and three young daughters. He’s an avid golfer and has recently joined the growing ranks of Cross-Fit enthusiasts. Brooks recently received certification as a Certified Parking Professional (CPP) from the National Parking Association.
