Women In Towne-Briana Pitz

In celebration of National Women’s History Month, and in the spirit of honoring the achievements of accomplished women in our communities, in March we will spotlight Women in Towne.

DSC_7471-finalToday we introduce you to Briana Pitz.  Briana recently joined Towne Park as Regional Vice President of Operations for the Midwest Region.

Briana grew up in North Dakota and until a few years ago she had an authentic Fargo accent (not as severe as the movie, but not too far off!).   While growing up, she was active in athletics, including volleyball, soccer, and competitive swimming.   This led her to playing water polo for Purdue University her freshman year, and today she plays in a sand volleyball league in Chicago, where she lives.  In her free time, Briana enjoys running or trying new restaurants.  She is an avid ABC fan and has not missed an episode of Greys Anatomy or Scandal.  If she won the lottery, she would move to Napa and become a Sommelier.

SVP Scott Buttz, who has known Briana for many years, describes her as a “highly-engaged, intelligent, participatory, and transformational leader.”   We are proud to have this Woman in Towne Leading, Serving and Growing at Towne Park.

Women in Towne® is a community of men and women at Towne Park who work together to create programming and other initiatives designed to recruit, hire, retain, and advance women at Towne Park.  This community is rooted in the belief that associates of diverse backgrounds improve our ability to anticipate and meet the needs of our clients, our associates and our communities.
