WOMEN IN TOWNE SPOTLIGHT-EVELYN ANDRADE

In celebration of National Women’s History Month, and in the spirit of honoring the achievements of accomplished women in our communities, in March we will spotlight Women in Towne.

Today we introduce you to Evelyn Andrade, Director of Human Resources – Eastern Group.

Evelyn joined Towne Park in 2013 as a Regional Human Resources Manager for the South Florida market and was promoted to her current role in 2016. With the recent group realignment earlier this year, Evelyn now supports nine Human Resources, Training and Talent Acquisition leaders throughout seven states that comprise the Southern Group.

Prior to Towne Park, Evelyn spent 10 years serving in a variety of Human Resources capacities in the hospitality and healthcare Industries throughout the United States and Latin America. Evelyn has a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from the Pontificia University of Javeriana and a Master of Human Resources Management degree from Nova Southeastern University. Evelyn’s hard work and dedication earned her the Towne Park Rookie of the Year Award in 2014 and the Towne Park President’s Club Award in 2015.

Evelyn currently Evelyn Andraderesides in south Florida, however she is from Cali, Colombia – the “Capital of Salsa” – where she grew up dancing salsa and performing as a professional dancer in many events in the country. Evelyn loves traveling and spending time with her husband Marco and 4-year-old soccer player “Little Marco.”
