Women In Towne Spotlight-Kim Baxter

In celebration of National Women’s History Month, and in the spirit of honoring the achievements of accomplished women in our communities, in March we will spotlight Women in Towne.

Today we introduce you to Kim Baxter, Vice President of Finance and Accounting.

Kim started with Towne Park in 2009 as a Senior Accountant and over the years has played a number of instrumental roles in the company. Prior to Towne Park, KKim Baxterim worked in public accounting at Ernst & Young for three years, where she met her husband, Steve. Kim graduated from Bucknell University with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting.

Kim lives in Baltimore, a city that she loves and will help anyone explore if they’re ever in the area! A long-time runner, Kim has competed in a
number of races, including one marathon. Recently she has become a yoga enthusiast. Her ideal day when not doing debits and credits for Towne Park would be sitting on a beach with a book, from sun up to sun down (under an umbrella of course!)

“Kim is multi-talented, warm and engaging, with a passion for both numbers and people,” commented Towne Park’s Mark Norwicz, Chief Financial Officer. “She is an expert and a joy to work with and makes Towne Park a better place for all of us every day she is here.”

We are proud to have this Woman in Towne LeadingServing and Growing at Towne Park.
