23 Mar Women In Towne Spotlight-Morgan Vautherot
In celebration of National Women’s History Month, and in the spirit of honoring the achievements of accomplished women in our communities, in March we will spotlight Women in Towne.
Today we introduce you to Morgan Vautherot, Regional Human Resources Manager – Texas.
Morgan began her career focused not on human resources, but on operations, working for Target in Indianapolis, IN. While there, she took on a role in human resources and realized her passion for the people side of the business. Morgan loved being able to help mentor and develop her peers in her role as a district resource while still playing a part in the day-to-day leadership of a $40M store operation. To build her career in human resources, Morgan joined Towne Park in 2015 and has enjoyed being able to work with great leaders in the state of Texas. She has been an intricate part of building a great culture focused on leadership development and Associate retention. Morgan earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University-Bloomington.
Morgan enjoys spending time exploring new restaurants (mostly coffee shops and bakeries) and binge-watching television series on Hulu or Netflix (currently Homeland). She hopes one day to adopt as many dogs as she can manage and spend her days helping others find the perfect pet.
“Morgan is a smart, strategic, engaged, and innovative leader who partners with her team to ensure we have the best people in the right spots,” commented Anthony Brown, Towne Park’s Senior Vice President of Human Resources.
We are proud to have this Woman in Towne Leading, Serving and Growing at Towne Park.
